Returns
All you need is your Order number (located in your order confirmation email) and email address. Kindly examine our returns policy before initiating a return. Additionally, please be aware that we retain the right to modify your return method if it arrives in a condition not in accordance with our returns policy.
Return Policy
We accept returns based on the following conditions:
- You have a 30-day window from the dispatch date to initiate a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- We anticipate the return to be in the same condition as it was delivered, complete with an intact hygiene sticker. The item should be unworn and unwashed.
- In cases where the return does not meet our policy conditions, we reserve the right to modify the return method.
- Once the return reaches our warehouse and undergoes inspection, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. You will be notified via email once the return or exchange is processed.
- Items obtained during seasonal sales (using promotional codes or discounts) and complimentary items are ineligible for returns.
- Please be aware that refunds for returned items do not include the shipping costs.
